This newly created role reports to the Deputy Company Secretary and sits within a Co Sec team of four. However, the role is broad in scope and at times you will provide support to Legal and Finance functions.
Responsibilities for this role include:
* Maintain Corporate Governance documents, databases, statutory registers. This includes managing the updates of Diligent Entities global database.
* Maintaining/monitoring the inter-company loans, powers of attorney, charges & trade mark schedule.
* Managing companies house filings including confirmation statements, membership appointments and terminations.
* Arrange notarisation and legalisation of documents.
* Due diligence including KYC and AML.
* Administrative support.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in the London based Office.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of prior experience in a Corporate Governance or Legal environment. You will be ambitious, a team player and be comfortable with ambiguity.
