Job Description Rmg digital are looking to hire a Sales Consultant to join the team. We’re a niche digital recruitment agency based in Wiltshire. We currently have clients throughout the UK, Europe & USA and service these from our office in Swindon. rmg digital has become a recognised name and brand in the industry, in the last 12 months we've not only increased our profits, but we've had a huge increase in client demand so are now looking to expand the markets we operate in. The Role As a Sales Consultant you will focus on "opening doors", you will do this by identifying and engaging the appropriate business leaders, and gain the prospect’s commitment to take a meeting with our BD Directors so that they can speak to them about the solutions we provide. Your role is to continuously produce beginning stage, qualified meetings that convert to the sales pipeline. Once you are up to speed with the process and our solutions you'll then be responsible for running the meetings with potential customers to sign new deals Duties will include: Building canvas lists of prospects Following up warm leads qualified by marketing Building business relationships with prospects Identifying prospects to target Booking qualified meetings Attending meetings with the BD Directors Direct Marketing (calling) Digital Marketing (email & social media) This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who is looking for their first recruitment role – we’ll provide you with world-class training and give you the tools you need to be a success.
