Already a hit in London with two buzzing live music venues in Covent Garden and Farringdon, we're bringing the same high-energy mix of restaurant, bar, concert, and non-stop party to the heart of Cardiff. If you're passionate about hospitality, live music, and making guests smile, and you've got around a year's experience in fast-paced environments like bars, clubs, live music venues, or experiential party spaces - we'd love to hear from you. What We Need: As a Floortender, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Floortender's love people You're sometimes the first to greet them, so we want you to give them a great first impression. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression. Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed. Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions. Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service. Skills and Experience: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest. Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours. Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.
