HR Data Processing Advisor - 6 Months FTC

The HR Service Centre is responsible for supporting easyJet employees with HR and Pay related queries, including managing employee contracts and letters, and inputting employee data into the HR System (Workday) throughout the employee lifecycle. We are seeking an HR Data Processing Advisor to report to the HRSC Data & Admin Team Manager, with a focus on ensuring accurate data and payroll processing for our Crew and M&A teams and driving improvements in this area.
What you'll be doing
As an HR Data Processing Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
1. Processing M&A, Crew, and Pilot data into Workday for UK and Europe.
2. Providing HR transactional and support services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness against HR Service Centre Performance Metrics.
3. Working on technology improvement projects to maximise data integrity and pay accuracy.
4. Keeping collateral for HR Service Centre Workday processes up to date.
5. Resolving issues and queries within the HRSC to reduce PTT involvement.
6. Developing Workday skills and knowledge to become a Super-User.
7. Providing user acceptance sign off for appropriate Workday upgrades and changes.
8. Carrying out robust processes and checks within the HR Data processing team to maximise pay accuracy.
9. Conducting data investigation and cleanse activities, testing EIB loads in Sandbox and delivering in Production.
10. Ensuring adherence to Collective Labour Agreements and Pay deals to prevent breaches of contract.
11. Ensuring data processing compliance with the data protection act and/or GDPR.
12. Raising Change Requests where required by determining Workday defects or improvements.

What you'll bring to the team
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong expertise in Workday.
* Experience working with high volumes and complex data processing on HR work and time systems.
* The ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
* Confidence in both verbal and written interactions.
* Initiative in problem-solving to reach appropriate solutions and outcomes.
* High levels of attention to detail, being organised and self-sufficient.
* Competence in documenting processes and procedures to ensure proper ways of working are followed.
* Proactive identification of process improvements to enhance simplicity.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week, with hybrid working (3 days in the office).
