We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to provide temporary cover at a busy head office for 2 weeks, starting immediately. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.
Role Details
1. Location: Annesley, Nottinghamshire
2. Duration: 2 weeks
3. Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
4. Rate: Competitive hourly rate (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities
5. Managing the reception area, including greeting visitors and answering calls.
6. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
7. Providing general administrative support to the office team.
8. Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Requirements
9. Proven experience in reception and administrative duties.
10. Ideally, experience in the construction or housing sector.
11. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
12. A proactive and professional approach to work.
