Beechfield Brands operate four leading textile accessory brands, supplied to the rebranding, personalisation, and promotional industry. The brands, Beechfield, BagBase, Quadra and Westford Mill are distributed through a network of distribution partners operating throughout Europe.
Beechfield Brands products are ‘Designed for Decoration’ with the aim of easy rebranding, by trade re-processors, such as printers and embroiderers. We currently have over 3000 SKUs and approximately 500 styles across our range of headwear, bags, and accessories.

The Core Purpose of this role
This role plays a key part in the business transformation journey and involves mapping out the current (AS-IS) processes as well as identifying potential areas of improvement. This then may lead to helping transition into a TO-BE state. This role will work closely with the leadership team, which mostly consists of all Heads of Departments, and potentially other senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Facilitate workshops to gather insights and knowledge from various stakeholders and subject matter experts.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and map the current processes, clarify accountabilities and handover points.
* Document processes using appropriate process mapping tools and techniques.
* Analyse and identify process gaps as well as potential areas for improvement.
* Facilitate the implementation of improvements in cross-functional teams.
* Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and other relevant supporting materials.

Qualifications
* Educated to degree level (desirable).
* Accredited IIBA/BCS Business Analysis certification or equivalent (desired).
* A minimum of 3 years of business analysis with significant process mapping experience.
* Significant experience in eliciting process steps across departments in different companies.
* Experience in asking (follow-up) questions to get a deeper understanding.
* Understanding handover points and documenting accountabilities (swim lanes).
* Able to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
* Well-developed IT Skills, including Visio, Teams, Word, and Excel.
* Understanding and experience in UML.
* The ability to articulate challenges and propose solutions to different stakeholder groups at an appropriate level.
* Experience of working on both own initiative as well as in a team.
* Experience of establishing effective and productive working relationships with (senior) stakeholders.
* A background and experience in finance/accounting processes.
