Shape and enhance the company's reward strategy to meet business goals and stay competitive. Act as the go-to expert for HR, employees, and partners on all reward and benefit matters. Manage benefit portfolios and provider relationships, drive renewal processes, and support employee queries and communications. Partner with the Reward Manager to develop and roll out new reward programs. Lead the operational delivery of annual pay reviews, providing analytics, survey insights, and end-to-end process support. Coordinate data submissions and oversee salary benchmarking, reviewing ranges and addressing ad hoc requests with market data insights. Refine reward processes for efficiency and client focus, working closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams. Conduct pay gap analyses, monitor regulatory updates, and ensure reward strategies are compliant and forward-thinking. Drive reward initiatives from concept through delivery with support from the Reward Manager.
* Reward experience, ideally in a global matrix organization
