We are seeking a Teaching Assistant 3 to provide support and cover for classes throughout the academy.
The successful candidate will:
• Have experience in a classroom supporting the Class Teacher as well as working independently with small groups of children
• Be an excellent Teaching Assistant with high expectations for welfare of pupils
• Have excellent motivational and communication skills
• Be well-motivated with a positive attitude
• Participate fully as an innovative member of our team
