Cold End Operator (Rework Focused) | Elton | Permanent | £30,000 - £33,000
Due to operational needs, this role will be initially working in resort with 2 weeks training. You will be trained on the other aspects of the Cold End Operator role at a later date, with the opportunity to complete the other tasks required of a Cold End Operator.
As a Cold End Operator (Resort Focused), you will be responsible for ensuring that all glass pallets are resorted properly, identifying any defaults, and completing the relevant documentation accurately. Effective communication skills are essential to keep the Shift Supervisor/Shift Manager informed of progress and any issues.
This is a manual role, and you will also receive training to operate both gas and electric FLT equipment. The role requires someone with good organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the rework process and maintaining high-quality standards.
