Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities
1. Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults, conducting repairs to minimize downtime.
3. Conduct electrical inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.
4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules.
5. Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of electrical systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
8. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
9. Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
Requirements
1. Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, and circuits.
3. Familiarity with electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
4. Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
5. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
6. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
7. Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Effective communication skills.
9. Relevant technical qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
10. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Hours
Monday - Friday
Week 1: 6am-2pm
Week 2: 2pm-10pm
