Job Description
As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
* Answering customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
* Processing customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
* Working closely with the team to meet and exceed customer service targets.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
* Resolving complaints and issues in a satisfactory and timely manner
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service Administrator should have:
* Strong Customer Service skillset
* Proficiency in using MS Office Suite and CRM systems, with SAP experience preferable
* A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving.
