Key Responsibilities:
* Handle student and trainer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
* Process course bookings and manage our booking system
* Coordinate with trainers for course scheduling and logistics
* Organise and process certification requests
* Support Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes and maintain required documentation
* Arrange and coordinate standardisation meetings
* Process invoices and manage payment collections
* Set up and monitor payment instalment plans
* Maintain financial records and liaise with our bookkeeping team
* Track and chase outstanding payments
* Manage student and course documentation in line with accreditation requirements
Essential Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an early years training environment
* Experience working with accreditation bodies and quality assurance processes
* Strong understanding of educational administration and certification processes
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and booking/CRM systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Desirable:
* Previous experience in early years education sector
* Understanding of Ofsted and other regulatory requirements
* Experience with financial administration and invoicing
* Knowledge of qualification frameworks and accreditation processes
Working Environment:
* Fully remote position
* Fixed hours: 10.00 to 14.00, Monday to Friday
