Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.
Overview of the role is detailed below:
* Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails
* Ensuring appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records
* Processing letters of authority and chasing up providers
* Maintaining all administration systems, ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date
* Build relationships with clients and interact with them directly
* Arrange client meetings for the Advisers when required
* Prepare client files for adviser meetings for both new and existing clients
* Processing and monitoring of all new business (both for new and existing clients)
