The role will be focused on school improvement, with exact responsibilities agreed with the successful candidate depending on expertise, experience and emerging school needs. The successful candidate will have an excellent track-record of leading teams and driving improvement in schools. They will work within an experienced and successful team, delivering exceptional outcomes and progression, with the role providing an exciting opportunity for someone who is a current or aspiring senior leader.
