Reporting into the Head of HR for Corporate functions based in Bristol this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to own and implement a hugely engaging and impactful people strategy.
Naturally you will have flexibility to work in a hybrid way, with 3 or 4 days from home if desired.
Working within the Senior Functional Leadership team and as a key member of the UK HR management team for a key business group you will play a key role in this significant development programme, defining new operating structures and supporting the wider Group in delivering change. The successful candidate will be an existing international HR Business Partner with a highly commercial multi national business where you are used to working within a moderately complex matrix.
