Acorn by Synergie are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for their client based in Knowsley, L34, who provides quality beef and vegetarian substitutes to thousands of customers across the world.
The company offer excellent working conditions and genuine opportunities for permanent contracts and progression.
Various Monday to Friday shifts are available:
* 5am - 1pm
* 6am - 2pm
* 7am - 3pm
* 1pm - 9pm
* 2pm - 10pm
* 3pm - 11pm
Rate of pay:
* £11.75 - £14.20 per hour dependant on hours worked and job role
* All breaks are paid
Machine Operator Monday to Friday 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm rotational:
* Set up and operate machinery to the safety and control standards
* Ensure documentation is completed
* Ensure the line runs at optimum run rate with minimum downtime and waste
* Carry out changeovers with speed accuracy and attention to detail
* In the event of a breakdown respond and follow procedure
* Ensure all stoppages/breakdowns are recorded/reported
* Assist in production when required
* Assist in hitting daily targets and KPIs
* Raise any training issues with HR or the training manager
* Maintain a clean as you go area and demonstrate GMP
* Focus on attention to detail and maintaining high standards
* Support the need for change and actively get involved in continually looking for ways to improve performance
Due to some shift start and finish times, candidates must live local to the site or have their own transport.
