RECEPTIONIST Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Receptionist to work for a large utilities company based in Leeds. ROLE: Receptionist SALARY: £12.57 p/h, circa £24,000 per annum JOB TYPE: Ongoing contract LOCATION: Leeds (LS15) HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday THE ROLE: Provide a professional & courteous service to both internal customers/stakeholders and visitors. Undertake all administration duties such as creating & maintaining Excel and Word documents; administration of car permits, unauthorised parking; maintaining bomb & Fire Marshall records, etc. The requirement is to provide all of the FM Services across the estate. External building management including, litter picking, car park management, gritting etc. Ensure all telephone/email inquiries received are addressed in a polite/courteous manner, with queries resolved or successfully signed-posted as required. The role will involve travel, with the candidate requiring covering other sites to ensure the delivery of FM Services across the estate. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Excellent phone manners and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, (Word and Excel) is essential. Previous experience in a similar job for at least 5 years. Working knowledge of various Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Office 365, Teams, etc.; CAFM systems (Planon). A driving license is essential.
