Senior National Account Manager – Global Beauty & Cosmetics Company

Package: £60,000-£68,000 on level of experience, plus bonus and benefits.

The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to lead a key Highstreet retail partnership. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with a major UK grocery retailer, driving strategic plans, and ensuring the continued success of some of the most sought-after beauty brands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the primary head-office relationship with a top UK Highstreet retailer.
* Develop and implement joint business plans to drive mutual growth.
* Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting and forecasting.
* Work cross-functionally with category, trade marketing, e-commerce, brand, finance, and supply chain teams to execute strategies.
* Report into senior leadership teams both in the UK and internationally.
* Drive multimillion-pound budgets and ensure top-line sales growth.
* Influence the future direction of the brands, bringing creativity and commercial acumen to the role.
Who We’re Looking For:
* FMCG experience within beauty, personal care or related sectors.
* 4+ years of experience in a NAM, SNAM or Buyer role.
* Degree educated with a strong track record of commercial success.
* Previous experience managing national retail accounts, ideally within high street, grocery, premium retail or e-commerce.
* A strategic thinker who can balance commercial performance with brand equity.
