A look into the role We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Digital Audit Team, taking on the pivotal role of Implementation and Digital Enablement. In this position, you will be instrumental in driving the implementation of bespoke analytic solutions, fostering a culture of digital enablement, and leading the transition to a digital audit methodology. Responsibilities: Establish a culture where engagement teams proactively seek assistance from the Digital Audit Team, driven by the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of our solutions. Lead the transition to a digital audit methodology by delivering customized solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and engagement teams. Develop proficiency in digital skills, encompassing a deep understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), automation toolkits (e.g., Power Automate), collaborative platforms (e.g., SharePoint), and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel). Design and deliver comprehensive training on digital audit products and services to individuals at all levels of the audit practice, utilizing various formats to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Work with key stakeholders to drive and maximize the adoption of digital audit products and services within the practice. Additionally, you will be expected to support the Product Owner/Manager during Beta testing and throughout the launch, managing ongoing feedback, conducting error analysis and SQL ticket evaluations, and effectively relaying this information to the Product Owner/Manager. You will also where appropriate collaborate with key contacts throughout the GTIL network to share knowledge, skills and best practice to enable us to enhance our digital offering both locally and globally. Knowing you’re right for us Joining us as an Assistant Manager, the minimum criteria you’ll need is to be driven and determined to find solutions to audit challenges. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., ACA) preferred. Proven experience in project management, particularly in the implementation of digital solutions within an audit or similar professional services environment. Proficiency in data visualization tools, automation toolkits, collaborative platforms, and advanced spreadsheet applications. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and work with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of digital enablement.
