* Analyse and resolve billing queries and discrepancies.
* Prepare accurate invoices and credit notes.
* Perform account reconciliation tasks.
* Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to correct billing errors.
* Support the development of internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for billing activities.
* Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
* Participate in internal and external audits.
* Ensure compliance with standard procedures and customer agreements.
Profile
A successful Billing Analyst should have:
