The role will be varied and empowering as you will provide a crucial support to the business from reception duties, diary management to supporting the accounts department with credit control. The Role : Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Operate the company switchboard and direct incoming calls effectively and efficiently with warmth and professionalism. To provide assistance and support with general office duties and housekeeping. Meeting and greeting visitors and arranging meeting rooms. Assist with company event preparation with the wider team. Full responsibility for maintaining client database/CRM system. To provide excellent consistent client experience every time. To support with creating a positive, supportive, culture within the team. Provide support to the accounts team in relation debt collection, including telephone calls to clients to chase payment. The candidate: The successful candidate for the position of Administrator will possess the following qualifications, experience and qualities: Core competencies: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with keen attention to detail. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent time management / organisational skills. Good team player and independent worker. Demonstrates a high degree of confidentiality in interpersonal interaction. Must exhibit a commitment to continuous personal learning. Desire to work within an ambitious team and provide clients with an excellent service. Passionate about delivering a quality service. Previous switchboard, CRM and database experience desired.
