About the role We’re looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support to our busy Service department. You will help to deliver excellent customer service while ensuring you issue, receive, and record information in a timely and accurate manner. This role would suit somebody who has office / admin / helpdesk experience and is looking for a role where they can develop skills in a professional working environment. Day-to-day duties Ensure that all appointments are met for the day; this will include booking appointments, engaging with clients, workers and managers of the business. Record accurate information on works being completed and ensuring appointments are given correct priority. Allocate the engineer to attend appointments based on skills, availability and locality to the jobs. Working with your colleagues to ensure all customer needs are met or, more often, exceeded. Maintaining the company database. Carry out other tasks and duties as required appropriate to the post.
