Main Responsibilities: We’re looking to recruit a full time Rough Sleeper and Resettlement Manager, lead the Tunbridge Wells BC (TMBC) and Tonbridge and Malling BC’s (TMBC) rough sleeper and resettlement services, on a 12-months contract. You will have responsibilities for contract managing rough sleeper or resettlement services commissioned by TWBC or TMBC, either jointly or in partnership. You will be responsible for the management of TWBC’s in-house rough sleeper and resettlement team and ensure clients within the Rough Sleeper Pathway progressed through the differing stages of the pathway dependent on their individual needs. You will lead on analysing and monitoring the delivery of these services, including the completion of government data returns, and implement good practice from national rough sleeper strategies and other successful projects focused on ending rough sleeping and single homelessness. About you: We are seeking an experienced housing professional with experience of managing rough sleeper, or homelessness services and who is driven to improve the housing and life outcomes for excluded individuals. You must have experience of being able to motivate, coach and lead a small team, as well as being highly effective in partnership working. You must also have a commitment to service delivery, a passion for continuous improvement and an understanding of trauma informed practice.
