Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) provides community health services to more than two million people across eleven London boroughs and Hertfordshire, aiming to provide excellent healthcare in people's homes and local clinics.
Sexual Health South West London (SHSWL) provides sexual health and contraception services across Merton, Richmond, and Wandsworth. SHSWL consists of one hub at Falcon Road Clinic, Clapham Junction, and two spokes in Merton and Richmond.
Sexual Health South West London provides high quality sexual and reproductive health care to its patient population in an integrated, multidisciplinary model. It also provides medical education to St George's University of London medical students and is keen to support research initiatives via the CLCH Research and Development department. We are an HEE-approved training site for resident doctors from St George's Hospital and provide higher specialist training in Genitourinary Medicine for Specialty Registrars.
Main duties of the job
The post is for a maximum of 10PAs in the capacity of an integrated sexual and reproductive health specialty doctor.
The post-holder will be responsible for investigating, diagnosing and treating sexually transmitted infections and all aspects of sexual and reproductive health including arranging appropriate onward internal and external referrals when required.
Dependent on experience they may be required to act as clinic coordinator on some shifts, providing support and advice to the junior medical team and members of the non-medical team.
Responsibilities will also include checking and actioning laboratory results such as PREP monitoring tests.
There are no on-call commitments.

The post-holder will be required to keep themselves fully up to date with their relevant area of practice and be able to demonstrate this.
The post-holder will complete relevant statutory and mandatory training.

Education/Qualification
* Eligible to work in UK
* Full registration with the GMC
* MRCP or MRCOG or MRCGP or equivalent
* Teaching qualification
Experience
* Completion of foundation training (or equivalent)
* Postgraduate experience in level 3 Integrated Sexual and Reproductive Health
* Experience in managing patients with safeguarding concerns
* Scientific publications, presentations at conferences/seminars
* Teaching experience
Skills & Knowledge
* Knowledge and familiarity of BASHH and FSRH guidance
* Ability to analyse complex problems in a structured manner and cope with stressful situations
* Able to work within a multidisciplinary team
* Ability to identify own learning needs and pursue professional self-development
