We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager - Operations to lead our operational strategies and drive performance excellence across our Glenbervie Operation in Aberdeenshire. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for establishing operational goals, managing resources, and ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will be vital in developing innovative operational strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimise supply chain operations through continuous improvement and GMP (Good Manufacutring Practices). You will spearhead initiatives to ensure compliance with industry regulations and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization. Responsibilities
* Lead the operations team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
* Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with company objectives.
* Oversee production, engineering, continuous improvement, food safety, health & safety and all site capital investment projects activity.
* Accountable for all food quality assurance practices.
* Monitor and report on operational performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
* Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all operations.
* Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with overall business goals.

Proven experience in a senior operations management role within the food or manufacturing industry.
