Through an integrated portfolio of digital sports media and affiliate properties, OneTwenty engages sports and iGaming fans with compelling content experiences, delivering customers at scale to iGaming and sports betting operators. Our goal is to provide the best fan engagement in the market on a sport-by-sport basis, alongside our core focus on iGaming content. Responsibilities Work closely with the commercial team to ensure the company’s activities are both profitable and sustainable for ourselves and our business partners Be a day to day contact for our clients including a number of household names, and identify new opportunities to grow existing partnerships Build relationships with new partners and negotiate deals to improve business performance. These relationships will be key as we look to expand our operations into Spain and other geo. Constantly analysing data with our business operations team to optimise all exposure for each brand across our different marketing channels. Work closely with cross-departmental teams to help them execute their strategies. These will include SEO, Paid Media and CRM teams where commercial understanding and knowledge will be required to help achieve KPIs Assist the commercial teams and finance team regarding invoices and payment reconciliations Own the compliance framework across all sites ensuring our sites are compliant with all regulatory/ marketing standards Attend industry conferences and client dinners to nurture existing relationships and build new partnerships Requirements Fluent English At least 1 years experience in a sales or account management role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A good understanding of sales principles. Ability to build new professional relationships. Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets. Nice to have Experience working within affiliate marketing, particularly but not specific to, iGaming. Benefits 4% Pension Match.
