About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Powder Coater / Paint Sprayer to join our team in Redditch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in powder coating or industrial paint spraying, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing surfaces for coating, including cleaning and masking
Applying powder coatings or wet paints to a high standard
Operating and maintaining spray guns, booths, and curing ovens
Ensuring quality control and finishing work to exact specifications
Following health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
Previous experience in powder coating or paint spraying (essential)
Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and high standards
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
