We are currently looking for Field Support Agents to join our growing Field Debt Solutions team. Here, you'll play an important role in helping our customers resolve their debts. You will work with our customers to support them with future payments and help them find ways to reduce energy consumption.
We will provide you with all the necessary equipment: smartphone, tablet, tools, uniform, vehicle, and fuel card. After your training period, you can earn extra through our achievable reward scheme, which allows you to top up your earnings based on delivering excellent outcomes to our customers. There may also be opportunities to learn how to install PAYG meters in the future.

With no fixed shifts, you can balance your work around your life, provided you meet your weekly working hours. Optional overtime is available to further increase your earnings. Key responsibilities include
1. Delivering excellent service to our customers by understanding their circumstances and helping them agree on appropriate solutions to resolve their debt.
2. Identifying new tenants through face-to-face discussions, letting agents, and neighbors, while complying with the Data Protection Act (DPA).
3. Leading warrant teams to forcibly enter customer premises to exchange or disconnect meters when necessary.
4. Recording job information using appropriate paperwork or electronic devices.
5. Having access to broadband at home to upload daily data; a set monthly broadband allowance is included in your salary.
What we need from you
* Experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine desire to help customers.
* Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic PC skills with the ability to use a smartphone and tablet.
* Living within the area and willing to travel.
* A full valid UK/EU driving license (preferably clean, with a maximum of 6 points).
Here's what else you need to know
* The salary for this role is up to GBP36,285, including revenue protection work, a base salary of GBP31,454, location allowance, and an on-target reward scheme with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
* There is potential to increase your salary up to GBP40,171 in the longer term if you upskill to fit gas and electricity meters.
* This is a permanent position.
