The University of Lincoln is seeking to appoint a Senior Operations Manager to provide leadership to the Clinical Placements Centre in the College of Health and Science. This is a new role bringing together the teams working in Health and Care Sciences and Lincoln Medical School as we continue collectively with a range of partners, and as we work with the University of Nottingham and move towards independence in medical education.
This post will be intrinsic to how we can deliver high quality placement provision across our health, social work and medical related programmes. You will bring enthusiasm, commitment and excellent communication skills as we align our placement provision and continue to work with major external partners and professional and accrediting bodies to ensure a collaborative and consistent approach across all sectors.
To succeed in this role, you should bring proven experience of operational management and delivery, strong organisational and prioritisation abilities. You will be solutions-focused with a keen focus on delivering continuous improvements, and will demonstrate strategic thinking and decision making skills, and the ability to negotiate with and influence colleagues internally and externally.
