Position : Desk-Based Fibre Broadband Advisor Location : Irlam, Manchester (M44 5AH) – Hybrid work may be available Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a Fibre Broadband Advisor to join our Desk-Based Sales team to help us achieve ambitious customer acquisition targets in Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in generating new business, providing broadband solutions, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers to provide broadband solutions and support. Manage a mix of warm leads and cold calling to build a strong pipeline of potential customers. Meet daily sales targets (3 deals per day) and drive business growth. Provide expert advice on broadband packages and services. Upsell and cross-sell services to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Handle objections and rejections with a resilient and positive attitude. Promote LilaConnect with energy and enthusiasm, maintaining a professional and engaging approach. Respond to inbound customer queries via phone and email to generate sales opportunities. Skills & Experience Proven background in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a direct outbound sales or contact center environment. Ability to develop and nurture a pipeline of customers. Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to both warm and cold leads. Resilient in handling objections and rejections while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to remain composed and patient with challenging customers. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is a plus. A willingness to learn and improve, taking feedback and applying new techniques. Training and Development Comprehensive technical, product, and process training will be provided.
