Member Service Advisor - Leeds Kirkstall Road Contact Centre
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
* Handling inbound telephone calls.
* Respond to written customer queries & complaints via our websites and social channels.
* Provide technical assistance to customers experiencing difficulties with the website or their membership account.
* Communicate information about JD Gyms facilities & services.
* Accurately record reasons for customer contacts.
* Manage written communication and perform general administrative duties.
* Encourage feedback from customers.
* Take ownership of your work and the customers assigned to you, aiming for thorough, friendly, and professional outcomes for every enquiry.
* Use various computer systems to assist with your work; ability to navigate new technology quickly is essential.
Full systems and policies training will be provided.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm when dealing with emotional, difficult, or distressed people.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Understanding of confidentiality and compliance with legislation.
