What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the full customer journey – from lead generation to closing deals.
* Exceed sales targets – driving new business through strategic outreach to B2B decision-makers in the construction sector.
* Demonstrate our tech – showcasing how our SaaS products will transform customers’ businesses.
* Build relationships – using your industry knowledge and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Develop a strong pipeline – ensuring consistent sales activity and opportunities that exceed quarterly targets.
* Collaborate and Grow – work with a team that values learning, growth, and mutual success.
What We’re Looking For
* B2B sales experience, within the construction sector would be nice but not essential.
* A self-driven, motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
* A passion for technology, with the ability to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
* Strong experience with MS Office, CRM systems (Zoho preferred), and general sales productivity tools.
* Resilient and adaptable, with a ‘can-do’ attitude to drive success in every situation.
