Our client is hiring a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading independent supplier of scientific products in the United Kingdom, known for its excellent customer service and strong supplier partnerships.
The Role: As an office-based Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing sales by developing existing accounts and finding new business opportunities. You will offer a broad range of products from well-known laboratory manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and grow customer sales via telephone, email, and direct contact.
2. Increase sales from a wide and diverse range of laboratories in different market sectors.
3. Identify potential new customers and markets.
4. Source products to meet customer requirements.
5. Maintain good record management.
6. Keep up to date with current trends in the marketplace.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Tele-marketing experience.
2. Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship development skills.
3. Good telephone manner.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
5. Some scientific knowledge would be helpful but not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
1. Circa £30,000 with an uncapped bonus (if target exceeded), paid quarterly.
2. Use of a company pool car as necessary.

4. 20 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
