We are seeking a highly skilled “Solution Architect – Hospitality/Retail Systems” – focusing on end-to-end Solution Architecting for a large programme initiative to integrate POS systems (Simphony or any other) with Finance, HR (Ceridian DayForce), Inventory Management, and PMS (Opera System). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality/retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and develop the overall solution architecture for large Hospitality/Retail programmes, including POS (Simphony/other), Finance, HR, and PMS (Opera).
2. Responsible for creating Outline Specification Document (OSD), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD).
3. Responsible for designing Transition Architecture (as an intermediary state) when both old and new systems will coexist in different properties.
4. Create detailed technical specifications, data flow/data mapping, and integration plans for the POS system with PMS, HR system, Inventory Management, and Finance.
5. Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration.
6. Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows.
7. Provide expert guidance on best practices for POS system configuration and customization.
8. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solution designs.
9. Experience in inventory management solutions and integrating them with the POS system.
