We are looking for a hardworking, conscientious person to join our wonderful school community. The ideal candidate will have some broad ICT skills and preferably have some experience of working in an educational setting.
As ICT Support Assistant, you will take a front-seat role in implementing ICT support procedures, infrastructure development, and to ensure effective IT provision across the school/Trust. You will also be required to ensure compliance with school policies, cost-effective procurement, and that ICT resources are maintained and used effectively.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
1. Experience of supporting others with ICT
2. Experience in the development, support, maintenance, and security of all ICT systems
3. Experience in installing and configuring software systems
4. Experience in software management
5. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
7. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
We do not expect you to be the finished article and will happily support and develop you over your time with us. We do require you to have an enthusiasm to support our young people and staff and a genuine interest in ICT and problem solving.
