Are you an experienced Property Sales Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity with a leading Estate Agents? We are thrilled to be working in partnership with our client, to recruit a Property Sales Manager to join their busy Aberdeen office on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is fully office based, where you will be responsible for the performance and development of the sales team, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
What you’ll do Oversee the overall operations of the sales team Develop and execute strategic sales plans Drive growth and meet targets by effectively managing the sales team and evaluating its strengths and weaknesses Build productive and professional relationships with key stakeholders Foster and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with both new and existing clients Collaborate with management to create and implement new sales and referral initiatives aimed at attracting clients from diverse demographics Provide training, coaching, and motivation for both new and existing sales team members Ensure all staff receive appropriate training for their roles Set objectives for all team members Manage absence and performance issues Address client and employee satisfaction concerns in a timely manner Ensure adherence to all firm policies and procedures Collaborate with management to develop and execute the upcoming year’s business plan Perform additional duties as needed, including managing the schedules of viewing agents and property administrators What you’ll need Prior experience in a Property Sales Management role Experience leading and motivating a team Excellent knowledge of the Aberdeenshire property market Knowledge of the Scottish conveyancing process Experience of cross selling and business development Comfortable working as part of a team but also using your own initiative Excellent stakeholder management skills with a positive ‘can do’ attitude The ability to attain objectives within agreed timescales and budgets Accuracy and a keen eye for detail Solid organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment Strong IT skills What you’ll receive Competitive salary Excellent Annual Leave allowance, increasing with length of service Company Bonus Scheme Contributory Pension Scheme Discounted Legal Fees Contributory Medical Cover Scheme Employee Assistance Programme more What’s next?
