NPD Coordinator / Administrator Dungannon - £25K Monday to Friday 9-5pm (38hours) Overview: To provide administrative support and co-ordination for both the New Product Development and Graphics teams in line with the department and overall strategic business goals. In order to succeed the job holder will fully utilise the companys processes, systems and tools for project management and delivery, quality, safety and in line with our values. A key relationship role aligning NPD & Graphics with Sales and Operations teams, demonstrating a strong collaborative approach. To act as a role model demonstrating strong administration and capability, delivering results through structured ways of working. The Role: Provide support to the end-to-end process for development and implementation of new products including costs, specification, design, print decoration, materials, tooling, trialling, bill of materials, sampling and sign-off to production To co-ordinate the design, tooling and sampling process to successful conclusion, developing the investment case and implementing within agreed budgets Working closely with the Customer Project Manager (CPM) to develop relationships with customers in support of meeting design expectations to enhance the overall customer experience Strong attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and data management Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously Collaborative mindset as a great team player working effectively with cross functional teams A key role in building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in support of customer trials and approved product design launches. Co-ordinate the receipt and timely processing of all formats of non-direct print decoration. This includes K3, In Mould Labelling and Labels. Liaise with Design Houses / Customers and Printers as required including pre-art meetings. Seek customer approvals and PO numbers and maintain records to this effect. Obtain a working knowledge of procedures involved in the manufacture of K3 production specifications and their control. Carry out computer input as required updating non direct print control records and systems. Prepare and issue colour standards for non-direct print decoration as required and maintain colour standard register. Arrange courier services for dispatch of essential documents and samples. Prepare artwork invoices. Maintain and update non direct print samples and scans.
