Role Summary The Marketing Executive role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s products, services and brand. This role involves a mix of strategic and hands-on tasks, from content creation and campaign management to data analysis and co-ordination with other departments. The Marketing Executive plays a key role in helping drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the overall marketing strategy, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively to drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business growth. Key Accountabilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CMO, Product Marketing Director, Marketing Manager and Event Executive helping to ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and projects across PEXA’s UK brands. Manage logistics for marketing activities; including coordinating bookings for events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring all details are handled efficiently. Assist with tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, maintaining up-to-date records and reports for internal review and optimisation. Manage and maintain the organisation of marketing assets; including digital filing of marketing materials, collateral, and content to ensure easy access and version control. Coordinate the ordering, management, and distribution of branded merchandise for events, client meetings, and other marketing initiatives. Support the digital marketing efforts by updating content on websites, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools as directed by the Marketing Manager. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and email campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail. Track budgets and expenses for marketing projects, ensuring all costs are recorded and communicated to the Marketing Manager. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and support broader marketing project timelines and objectives. Skills and Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA desirable. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing roles. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and deadlines. Marketing Administration Experience: Previous experience in marketing administration or support roles, with a solid understanding of marketing workflows and processes. Event Coordination: Experience in co-ordinating logistics for events, bookings, and merchandise, ensuring smooth execution of event-related activities. Proficiency in Digital Tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and file management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive) to help organise and track marketing activities. Budget Tracking: Experience with tracking marketing budgets and ensuring expenses are documented accurately for project management.
