Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (Occasional Saturday - Shorter Hours)
Our client are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in their busy operation at their Halesowen site. This is a full time role based onsite 5 days per week, plus the occasional Saturday on a rota basis (shorter hours). Their site consists of several warehouse spaces, with spacious offices and free onsite parking.
Accountabilities:
1. Execute the order process from the beginning to the end including after-sales support with high attention to detail
2. Researches new business development opportunities to acquire new business
3. Actively contributes towards upselling and promoting the Company’s full product range
4. Resolution of all customer matters or general queries efficiently and effectively and in line with Company timescales and procedures
5. Management of escalated and complex complaints from customers through to successful resolution adhering to Company procedures as may be applicable
6. Identification and investigation of the real customer matter in order to provide the right solution
7. Escalation of all matters when needed to internal experts as may be required for support
8. Educates customers in relation to matters in a positive and professional manner
9. Maintains customer contact to deliver resolutions ensuring all records are up to date, accurate and accessible
10. Provides status update reports on a regular basis and initiates escalation process as required
11. Monitors and provides solutions for feedback required from e-commerce sites regarding unusual activity & escalates as required
12. Communicate effectively and embrace relationships throughout other departments to improve efficiencies
13. Adhere to all internal policies and procedures
14. Perform needs analysis of existing customers to meet their future needs
15. Updating internal systems and inputting vast amounts of data
16. Processing of sales orders via the Shipping department
