If you are passionate about precision engineering and have experience in offline CAM programming and Heidenhain controls, this role is for you!ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC milling machines for high-precision components.Program and optimize machining processes using Heidenhain controls.Machine components using advanced materials like carbon fiber.Perform quality checks to meet exact specifications.Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and improve processes.Use Visi CAM software for offline programming.Maintain a safe and organised workspace, following safety protocols.QualificationsProven experience as a CNC Machinist with 5-axis machining expertise.Proficiency in Heidenhain control systems.Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.Experience with motorsport parts and carbon fiber is an advantage.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.Shift InformationNight shifts: 10 or 12 hours (Monday to Thursday).Start times between 16:30 PM and 8:00 AM.Benefits£17-£22 per hour + £5 shift allowance.Overtime paid at 1.5x the standard rate.20 days annual leave plus shift flexibility.Why Apply?Join an innovative team working on exciting motorsport projects.
