Job Summary
AutoTyne, a dynamic and fast-growing independent used car dealership, is seeking a versatile and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. We’re not your typical car dealership; as a new venture with the support of multiple established sister businesses, we offer a unique environment that blends innovation with the experience of a seasoned operation. Our ideal candidate is not only a skilled salesperson but also someone eager to contribute to all areas of the business and thrive in a startup atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist customers in selecting vehicles tailored to their needs and preferences, providing a positive and personalized buying experience.
2. Provide detailed and accurate information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
3. Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicles to highlight key selling points and answer questions.
4. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups using sales software.
5. Upsell additional products and services, such as warranties and insurance, to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
6. Engage in all facets of the dealership operations, including assisting with marketing initiatives, participating in promotional events, and supporting customer service.
7. Collaborate with the sales management team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
8. Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person interactions, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
9. Build lasting relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models to enhance your knowledge and sales technique.
Experience & Skills
1. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the automotive industry or a similar field.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport.
3. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
4. An adaptable approach, with the willingness to contribute to all areas of the business.
5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
6. Passion for cars and a strong understanding of automotive features are beneficial.

Pay: £24,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
