We are currently looking to recruit several Bakers / Food Production Operatives for one of our well-established clients based in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Main Duties: supporting with bread/rolls production, slicing, stacking, packing, hygiene.
Role: Full-time, term to perm for the right candidate.
Shifts:
PM shift: 2pm to 10pm, Sunday till Friday.
8 hour shifts with 20 minutes unpaid break.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Baking a variety of polish bread and confectionery items.
2. Hand moulding dough.
3. Using gas ovens for proofing bread dough.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a baker (overseas experience is welcomed). Preferably experience of working in craft bakeries.
2. Expertise in using 6 and 2 pocket moulds.
3. Proficient in hand moulding techniques.
4. Familiarity with gas ovens for proofing bread dough.
Work Schedule: You will be required to work from 5 to 6 days per week, totaling 40 hours/week.
Pay Rate: From GBP26 - GBP32k/annum depending on experience.
