We are looking to appoint a dynamic and exceptional Head of Year to join our pastoral team. This is a non-teaching position involving the management of a year group including pastoral support, achievement, attendance, behavioural issues and intervention, rewards along with supporting the schools safeguarding team and liasing with external agencies. You will enjoy being part of friendly and supportive team committed to making a difference to the lives of our young people. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the ability to plan the organisation of the year group, lead assemblies, parent evenings and other specified events. Whilst establishing positive relationships with parents, staff and outside agencies.
