Role: Training Administrator

About the role
This role is responsible for ensuring that the administrative activities surrounding all Nuclear Skills Alliance (NSA) Nuclear Operations training courses are delivered to achieve departmental objectives. The NSA Training Administrator role is a member of the Nuclear Skills Alliance.
Each Training Administrator will report directly to their designated Group Head for the training courses they support. Responsibilities include the management of the shared Nuclear Operations NSA Administrator mailbox and working as part of a larger team to ensure continued use of process. The Training Administrator will support the NSA Training Instructors to ensure their requirements have been met before and after training events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the creation and maintenance of all Nuclear Operations training courses delivered within the scope of the Nuclear Skills Alliance.
2. Create and maintain all training events delivered by the NSA for Nuclear Operations.
3. Monitor enrolment bookings and provide instructions for course attendees regarding the training they are due to attend.
4. Manage NSA Administrator mailbox and deal with all ad hoc queries as they are received.
Knowledge and Skills
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong IT skills including standard applications such as SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
3. Experience with a Learning Management System is beneficial.
4. Able to prioritise and work independently as well as respond to requests from individuals they support and as the business requires.
5. Experience operating in a high-quality environment to the required standards.
6. Experience in dealing with others' requirements and meeting demands.
