Park’s Motor Group is seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual to take up the position of full-time Workshop Controller for our busy Aftersales Centre based in Hillington, Glasgow.
About the role:
You will support the managing of our workshop, assisting our branch and its customers through the various services we provide for our manufacturers.
What you will do:
1. Organise the daily workload to ensure maximum productivity
2. Sign off all warranty jobs to the required standard
3. Manage the process of invoices, paperwork and customer details
4. Provide a second to none level of service
5. Maintain, create and change in our databases
6. Build on a strong working relationship with the manufacturers
7. Maintain a high consistent quality of work
8. Communicate in a confidential, professional and appropriate manner
9. Proactively lead in a targeted environment
Your skills & experience will include:
1. Knowledge of Kerridge and/or Drive systems
2. Strong leadership and people skills
3. Ability to confidently use Microsoft Office, Excel and Word as well as email packages
4. Attention to detail
5. Strong confident communicator
6. Polite and warm telephone manner
7. Good numeracy skills
8. Adaptable to change
9. Experience in a franchised motor trade workshop
