Global Financial Services Firm is hiring for an Agile Project Manager with London Insurance Market experience. This is a 6–12-month FTC paying between £75K - £95K. The role is based in London and has a hybrid working pattern.
You will lead the planning, execution and successful deliver of agile projects, ensuring alignment with the client goals and business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing project scope, schedules and budgets
* Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
* Facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews
* Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and resources effectively
* Stakeholder Management and managing updates on progress
* Leading cross-function teams and encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement
* Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies proactively
* Managing changes in project scope
* Preparing and delivering project status reports to senior management
* Experience with Jira, Trello or Azure DevOps to track project progress
Skills and Experience required:
* Degree educated
* Between 4-7 years experience in Project Management and Agile Project Delivery
* Proven experience within London Insurance market (Reinsurance)
* Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a technology-driven environment
* Previously worked with cloud technologies, automation and DevOps practice.
