How you’ll change it up
As a NOC Operations Engineer, you will be required to install, maintain, monitor and troubleshoot customer and core network/services such as routers, circuits, firewalls and servers. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:
1. Monitor the network, identify issues and take actions to fix remotely or dispatch an engineer.
2. Investigate and fix tickets raised from managed service agreements with business customers via TSC (Ticket Support Centre).
What you’ll bring to the role
3. Previous experience working in a 1st / 2nd Line Network Support role
4. Experience in Data Centre environments
5. Confident using different routing protocols, specifically BGP
We’re looking for people who don’t settle for ‘good enough’ and push things forward. If you’ve just found yourself thinking, ‘I’d love to do this’, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up.
