The Role:
The Health & Safety Manager will be responsible for a range of critical tasks.
Build and maintain relationships with Health and Safety teams of high-profile clients
Lead emergency responses to Health and Safety issues, ensuring corrective actions are communicated
Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent recurrence
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections
Provide guidance on wellbeing, safety, and health matters
Collaborate with compliance manager and department heads to integrate safety practices
Ensure adherence to internal Health and Safety procedures
Develop and deliver Health & Safety training programmes
The Candidate:
The Health & Safety Manager should meet the following criteria.
Minimum of five years experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry
NEBOSH accredited
Strong knowledge of CDM health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel throughout the UK for site audits and inspections
