Can you support effective and innovative people-centred solutions to support the successful delivery of our aims?
As a team player and collaborator, with meticulous attention to detail, excellent IT skills, and a passion to do the right thing, you'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment as part of a close team. To deliver on our strategy and ambition takes real teamwork, energy, and passion; no two days are ever the same!
You will work closely with people managers across Rowcroft to provide true business partnering, supporting them in the leadership and management of their teams.
You’ll provide HR advice and guidance to support employee relations issues, using coaching, challenge, and candour, and acting as a critical friend to find practical solutions.
What’s in it for you?
You will work within a supportive, fun, and professional team, be encouraged to innovate and try new things, and receive training to work restoratively to enhance our human-centred approach.
Our scope of work and confident organisational vision create opportunities for impact, and we work together with passion and pride in an environment where people are caring, considerate, inclusive, and welcoming. You’ll clearly see the importance of your work and feel recognised and part of something remarkable.
