Job Description Please note that all duties and responsibilities below require proficiency with the daily use of Manhattan and Microsoft packages (Excel/Outlook), on a daily basis (unless otherwise mentioned): Carry out all types of adjustments as and when needed. Carry out thorough investigation (RCA) into missing or extra stock. Understand root cause and work with operations to implement corrective/preventive actions. Ensure that the inbound report is clear and that nothing is left behind from the previous day. Carry out empty location checks and look out for any misplaced stock. Carry out spot checks on putaway sheets. Produce and distribute adjustment reports to stakeholders. Track and record collections. Ensure all paperwork is correctly filled out. Check that returns and transfers are done. Achieve daily PI targets by carrying out thorough counts. Track stock loss KPI and achieve weekly PI target of 99.5% (stock loss/internal damages). Carry Out Inbound / Outbound administrative tasks Respond and act on email queries in a timely manner (no later than 24 hours). Ensure all Legal, Health and Safety, Food Safety and Operational procedures are always adhered to ensure the safety of self and others. Report any injuries, accidents and any Health and Safety issues. Adhere to procedures and practices according to the training received. Participate and be involved in cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
